In the last 10 years Floridia Cheese has re-located its manufacturing division to a large commercial site in the Melbourne suburb of Thomastown having out-grown its original Bundoora factory. This offers ample space for future development and includes administration, sales/marketing and logistics. Indeed in the last 5 years Floridia has averaged a growth rate of 20%. " We manufacture up to 2500 tonnes of cheese per annum with a permanent staff of 50 highly specialized people plus additional seasonal staff as required.
